Most content creators are not even aware of the number of youTube violations they commit. Even more clear to me is that most do not care. I think they should. What do you think? Before I forget, I do not work with Jeffree Star and would not. I feel he is too far gone.

Jeffree Star

Jeffree Star’s content has improved over the years. I saw a reduction in violations in 2018 from 2017. With that said, he was still over 1,000 verbal and age appropriate violations in 2018. During 2016 and 2017, we recorded over 2,800 verbal and graphic content violations. I am working on a video series that will showcase his violations. Entertainment purposes only. I love you Jeffree. Please do not make me famous.

Content creators are required to tell their audience if they are being paid to use or talk about a product within their videos. Actually, across all content it is required by law. Do some break the rules? I think so. Do not worry Jeffree I did not say that you do.

Even google cannot figure out a way to keep creators from violating YouTube policies. There is just too much content. What is the answer? I feel content creators need a third party to verify their content before it goes live, no matter what the venue is, and by do so can 100% guarantee that they are following the law.

Even Google has live people watching creator content for violations. Why not verify by third party before you go live with content. I believe YouTube would reward creators for the effort, advertrisers would value and reward the effort, and the best part is what it would mean to your brand.

What does it cost?

The real question you should be asking yourself is how much money are you losing because your content is violating YouTube policies or worse; breaking the law.

Separate yourself from the crowd.
